Give your Thanksgiving table a handmade touch this year! In this hands-on holiday workshop, we’ll discuss homemade stuffing and we will transform humble sourdough discard into something extraordinary — golden, flavorful diy granola perfect for the morning after your Thanksgiving feast!
You’ll learn how to:

Make tender, savory loaves and croutons using sourdough
- Season and dry your bread for the perfect stuffing texture
- Build a flavor base with herbs, aromatics, and creative mix-ins (cranberries, sausage, roasted squash, and more!)

Use discard in other quick, no-waste recipes like crackers and biscuits
This cozy, aroma-filled class is designed for all skill levels — whether you’re new to sourdough or already baking weekly.
Each participant will take home:

A Sourdough Stuffing Kit complete with pre-measured herbs, recipe cards, and a portion of stuffing bread
