This unique, two-part workshop is designed to nourish both the mind and the maker, proving that a thankful heart is a healthier one. We begin with a guided reflection on the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of gratitude. Research shows that a consistent practice can improve sleep, lower stress, and boost immune function. We’ll discuss practical ways to weave these benefits into your daily life so that gratitude becomes a tool for your overall well-being. After grounding ourselves in intention, we’ll move into the “creative lab.” You will customize your own personal gratitude journal using a variety of decoupage and mixed media techniques. You’ll learn how to layer textures, colors, and imagery to create a unique piece of art that serves as a beautiful, physical home for your daily reflections. No need to run to the craft store! We provide a curated selection of premium materials to ensure your journal is as unique as your journey. Guests will leave with a custom-made journal, a kit of practical wellness “hacks,” and a fresh perspective on living intentionally CONTEMPLATIVE  Classes at Thrifty Connections intended for adults and suitable for individuals 16+. Ticket Policy All ticket sales are final. Because our classes require advance planning, preparation time, and the gathering of materials and supplies, we’re unable to offer refunds.
