All classes at Thrifty Connections are intended for adults and suitable for individuals 16+.

This class opens with a contemplative exercise and then moves into a social & connective experience. Contemplative Classes are intentionally crafted with the ambience in mind.
CONTEMPLATIVE CLASSES= Quiet & Meditative class environment. Some classes may either begin or end with a guided meditation or a short guided breath work exercise and will be an opportunity to quiet the mind & body and allow the creative process to reconnect you to yourself.
