Goal: Quiet self-doubt, embrace sensory writing, and leave with a completed poem
Short writing warm-ups and creative tips
A guided meditation to unlock imagery and flow
Focused Micro-lesson on crafting vivid, emotionally resonant poetry
Step-by-step poem drafting and optional sharing
Participants will leave with a finished poem, new writing techniques, a notebook, and a renewed sense of creative confidence.

Natalie Jeangilles is a writer, community creative, and workshop facilitator with a lifelong love of storytelling and self-expression. Raised in Westchester, New York, Natalie discovered early on that writing was both a refuge and a form of exploration. Over the years, she has written across multiple forms from screenplays to poetry always drawn to the power of words to transform everyday moments into something meaningful.
Her journey with poetry began as a personal practice and evolved into a passion for helping others find their own voice on the page.
Now based in Upstate New York, Natalie continues to write, create, and build community through storytelling, photography, and creative events. Her teaching style blends structure with freedom, helping writers of all levels feel confident, inspired, and empowered to express what they carry inside.
