Sourdough Stuffing and Granola

Give your Thanksgiving table a handmade touch this year! In this hands-on holiday workshop, we’ll discuss homemade stuffing and we will transform humble sourdough discard into something extraordinary — golden, flavorful diy granola perfect for the morning after your Thanksgiving feast!

You’ll learn how to:

 

  • Make tender, savory loaves and croutons using sourdough

  • Season and dry your bread for the perfect stuffing texture
  • Build a flavor base with herbs, aromatics, and creative mix-ins (cranberries, sausage, roasted squash, and more!)
  • Use discard in other quick, no-waste recipes like crackers and biscuits

This cozy, aroma-filled class is designed for all skill levels — whether you’re new to sourdough or already baking weekly.

Each participant will take home:

 

  • Sourdough Stuffing Kit complete with pre-measured herbs, recipe cards, and a portion of stuffing bread

  • A ready to bake batch of granola filled with your choice of mix-ins

  • A collection of holiday sourdough discard recipes

Join us for a warm, festive evening of baking, tasting, and sharing ideas for a more homemade Thanksgiving!

Sourdough tools, live starter, and additional holiday treats will be available for purchase on site.
