Have you ever met someone who is living with a serious mind-body health condition yet have a sense of wellbeing? Come to this class and learn their secret. You will be introduced to the 5 characteristics found in people living with a sense of wellbeing. A wellness mindset is a perspective that allows us to experience a sense of wellbeing regardless of the physical state of our body, emotions, or environment.
The words health and wellness on the surface are two very similar concepts; but fundamentally they have some important differences. Health is a description of the state of our physical health. And wellness is about the way we choose to think about our relationship to our overall health. We need a wellness mindset to optimize our health. A wellness mindset involves actively choosing to live a life that supports our health. You will participate in a couple of exercises and learn the secrets for how to live with a sense of wellbeing regardless of circumstances.
